> Rack unit and shelf device installation and removal, wiring
> L1 troubleshooting, device restart, component replacement, network topology check and modification
> Escalate higher level cases, liaising with expert teams
> Monitor and transmit network issues and facility management alarms
> Perform ad hoc tasks, initiate and support projects
> Track changes, log activity, create daily report

Provide support to business clients in person, by phone, by email
> Authentication, manage contract and technical data, issue delivery notes, store paper records
> Manage network data, assign static IP addresses and ranges
> Receive tickets, inform customers, execute requests according to SLAs
> Provide physical or remote access to hosted systems, console installation
> Taking care of the "Hosting" area machine rooms in 24/7 (day and night shifts)
