- Developed a common framework for implementing customizable dashboards and charts in Zoho Marketing Automation, thus simplifying and reducing the code, and reducing the loading time.
- Built a framework for integrating other services with our products. Using this, integrating another service was made very easy, requiring only a few configurations and parsers to be written. Code and development time were reduced.
- Currently handling multiple external and internal integrations and leading the team handling the ecommerce module of both products.
