Team Leader of the Front-end squad adding new features to the abc news website writing React code highly performance-oriented, always helping my teammates to get unblocked talking with the business analyst and the other technical leads in order to fill the information gaps.

As part of the Globant Gate Keepers team (technical interviewers), I had the opportunity to know a lot of talented candidates from all over the world learn from them, and from the different project's requirements.

I defined the initial Front-end architecture, component structure, and data flow for the new webpage of Royal Caribbean (the cruise line) starting from scratch with a hight interactive UI using Vue.js and Redux for the state management, AEM as a CMS taking advantage of the beautiful pictures of the exotic places on the Caribbean, I wrote the code style guides to the team and configure the ES Lint rules and the pre-commit hook to validate them also I defined the “ready for development” document to the tasks.

Really happy to was part of the Globant mentoring program as a mentor designing career improvement plans for the mentees and following up on the goals of the plan, giving and receiving feedback in a constructive and respectful way.
