IT CONSULTANT AND TECHNICIAN I have completed my coursework for B. Technology in Computer and Electronic Systems at Mount Kenya University. This built my skills as a technical person in the Information Technology field. My technical skills in IT include: 1. Computer Repair and Troubleshooting. 2. Software installation and maintenance. 3. Computer Hardware Inspection and Repairs. 4. Network Design, Installation and Security. 5. Operating Systems installation. 6. Drivers installation, repairs and maintenance. 7. Microsoft Office use (MS Excel, MS Word). 8. Computer workstation setup and configuration. SOFTWARE DEVELOPER I am a web developer with the following skills: - JavaScript (ES6) - HTML5 & CSS3 - Flutter - SQL - Python - Git & GitHub I have a vast experience in the mentioned fields and a very efficient software developer. I am good with version control and collaborating to perform a task with minimum supervision. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS I thought it might be useful to mention some career highlights here as well: i) I worked as an IT technician at Kabianga University during my attachment for 3 months. ii) I have fixed computer and laptop problems e.g Device Driver issues and therefore have a vast understanding in computer hardware and software maintenance since 2018. iii) I worked on an android application from scratch to production for my final year project. iv) I have worked on several collaborative and solo projects as can be seen in my GitHub at https://github.com/RonnyK36. v) Among the projects I have worked on, I recently completed on that I had been working on alone. It is worth mentioning that both this project are done using Google’s framework, Flutter. I get things done. I deliver in time. I do solo projects regularly for fun.
