I use Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and increase operational accuracy. For data management, I work extensively with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) to manage and query backend data, supporting various college-wide applications and data workflows. This position has strengthened my skills in low-code automation, database management, and technical problem-solving while contributing to the college's mission of providing accessible, high-quality education.

Consequently, I researched different software programs maintaining software documentation. I also gathered and refined specifications and requirements based on technical needs ensuring data quality.
