Fixed term role lease for temporary work agency, which is based on a software that allows to book people for temporary jobs easy way: using the mobile app.
I was responsible for:
- managing small portfolio of projects
- managing and fixing the development process
- managing small/medium size of product team (PO & devs)
- giving feedback about the work
- reporting to CEO
- advising devs in architectural & OOP ground
- optimizing process
- providing long term strategy to improve quality of the company software
- setting up standards

Fixed price contracted project for one world wide well known company making watches.
I was responsible for delivering green field application having small team as a resource.
For the input just a rough estimation & scope was given, so I ran few meetings to gain as much knowledge from stakeholders as I could. Main challenge was with changed scope in the middle of the planned time, but still thanks to great team we were able to deliver it on time.

- prepared the strategy to get out of the old monolith set of applications in to the microservices architecture (including limitations given by the business). The most important driver of this change were to improve flexibility and scalability. improving qualities of subprojects.
