Designed, built and maintained the company website to attract new customers. The company offers PC repair services, part of my responsibilities is to help diagnose and fix PC startup issues and when a hardware fault is detected replacing parts where possible or working with a partner business to fix. Responsible for managing Windows 10 installs with the office suite and keeping the install bundles up to date. During my time here I have designed and created a VM using the ProxMox open-source platform for enterprise virtualization to bundle open source business software such as Odoo, Nextcloud, OpenProject, Zammad to easily distribute to customers. I enjoy learning and researching new open source technologies that may be helpful to our customers and optimising the installations to reduce the install time. When needed I help customers to ensure they have internet access by configuring the firewall for authorised PCs.

Mail Merge, FreeAgent, QuickBooks, Pandle, MS-DOS, FFmpeg, AviSynth, Marketing, Administration

Responsible for creating and automating weekly promotional videos optimised for different social media platforms. To speed up the process I have created a script using MS-DOS, FFmpeg and AviSynth to allow processing on average 700 videos in 2 days. As well as video promotions I have animated the company logo.
On the accounting side of the business, I assist with reviewing and processing bank transactions using FreeAgent, QuickBooks and Pandle, as well as reviewing accounts and creating automation rules. I am also responsible for completing and creating contract automations using Mail Merge.

Mozilla Thunderbird, Channel Manager, Marketing, Administration

Managing bookings end to end and reaching new customers. Responsible for setting up & managing business profiles for the customer on airbnb.com, expedia.com, booking.com as well as setting up all communication channels & email filters for customers using Mozilla Thunderbird. First point of contact for all reservation queries and finalising bookings. To make the booking process easier, set up Channel Manager to manage all reservations across all platforms in one place.
When not managing bookings, I do outreach to find new platforms to advertise the rooms on as well generating marketing materials and strategies across different social media platforms.
