• Delivered the next version of the personalization and recommendation system (Recommender 2.0) and achieved $200+ million incremental present value with improved customer experience.
• Bootstrapped multi-year program to launch initiatives like Experimentation and ML Explainability, enabling the marketing team to gain insight into machine learning model explanations and improve NPS by 60 basis points.

• As data leader, responsible for all critical data projects of the GCP cloud consulting practice, one of the fastest-growing parts of SADA's business. Responsibilities include managing the P&L, developing the growth strategy, maintaining an engineering culture of excellence, enabling sales, and achieving revenue, profitability, and utilization targets.
• Bootstrapped and scaled the team from 5 to 50, including transforming the team into a complete data services delivery organization with capabilities in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Machine Learning, expanding offshore footprint into EMEA and APAC regions.
• Rehabilitated the practice's reputation to become one of the most trusted and respected in the industry, with average CSAT scores of more than 90% and well-known clients such as the Democratic National Committee, Google, Wells Fargo, Neustar, etc.

• Led a multi-year program to build next-gen big data and ML practice. Created transformation blueprint, won approval from leadership, and executed initial phases of the plan: consolidating new data domains, re-architecting data pipelines and infrastructure, and closing skillset gaps. Built new platforms on S3, AWS Lambda, EMR/Spark, HBase, RDS, Redshift, Big query, Airflow, Tableau, and Sage maker.
• Identified and consolidated several business and technical operational redundancies across Nordstrom/NordstromRack to improve the omnichannel experience and help build one source of truth with 360 views of customers. As a result of the above investments, saved multi-million-dollar reporting errors in Wall Street quarterly earnings and losses due to data breaches.

• Managed the design & development of data pipelines related to customer behavior and shopping pattern data to enhance personalized promotions, marketing campaigns, and attributions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Machine Learning models.

• Implemented Strategic projects like Inventory Optimization that stabilized Nordstrom stock prices by mitigating losses by liquidating store inventory 26% YoY during the COVID warehouse shutdown.
