* fight the Technical Debt (ensure regular dependency updates, including the major ones; addressing issues found by various static code analyzers (SonarCloud, PHPStan, PSALM, PHPMD); refactoring the old code; writing tests);
* detect and fix security issues.

* Migrated of the API service to Laminas 3 (160 kLOC);
* Added new features to the SAML library;
* Refactored core libraries and the SSO service to be compliant with PHPStan Level 8;
* Implementation of code coverage metrics for all PHP (micro-)services.
