I have over 6 years of experience working in the manufacturing and repair aerospace facilities. Currently, I volunteer as a Writer at OpenMined, where I learn about and experiment with privacy preserving artificial intelligence (AI), creating code demos and translating tutorials. Currently, I am delving into medical text datasets and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. Previously, I was a Quality Engineer where I analyzed data and created business analytics dashboards that resulted in actions towards company savings. In terms of education, I have a research-based master's degree from Western University in Electrical and Computer engineering and I am currently finishing the Edge AI Udacity Nanodegree with a scholarship from Intel. Previously, I completed a professional certificate in applied AI by IBM and Coursera and a bachelor's degree in mechatronics engineering from the National Technological Institute of Mexico.
