- Providing service to customers, assisting with all technical and product-related queries
- Handling support requests via our ticketing system and chat services
- Troubleshooting & resolving complex technical issues
- Being a knowledge center to both customers and internal teams
- Leading ad-hoc projects to improve service and increase the productivity and efficiency of the team
- Documenting and sharing knowledge by creating internal articles as well as self-help guides for customers
- Liaising with other departments and product teams about our users’ needs
