Tool for processing genetic sequences in Linux-based CUDA library (CUBioTools v 1.0)

The work is a graphical tool that facilitates the processing of genetic sequences through a simple graphical interface. Among others, allows to estimate mutation rates in genetic sequences sites using the evolutionary model TN93, and methods of maximum likelihood and Bayesian, for possible ancestral sequences (ASR) that gave rise to a group of sequences observed today , based on mutation rates estimated in advance and simulate the evolutionary process of viral populations using the technique of Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC), considering the influence or absence of the immune system.
