Virtual Assistant is a unique self-service service for lifecell subscribers, combining the functionality of the voice support menu (IVR) and personal cabinet. In Ukraine, the self-service channel was introduced by the joint efforts of the Global Bilgi and lifecell teams without involving external developers specifically for the needs of the mobile operator's subscribers.
Now, smartphone users can try new advantages in the service, it is easier to find the relevant information and communicate with consultants of the contact center in a convenient form.
With the service "Virtual Assistant" you can:
- to receive constant access to the most current information about new services and tariff plans lifecell;
- view information about the status of your number and balance;
- Change your tariff plan and connect additional services;
- Contact the lifecell contact center.
In order to use the service, you only need to make a call to the toll-free number 543322. Then, you will receive a SMS with a unique link to access the system. The service can be used absolutely free of charge, without charging mobile Internet traffic.
