Helping Financial Advisory Vertical's Forensics & Dispute Services Wing With Data Science Tools and Technologies

• Work with stakeholders to identify business opportunities that can be delivered using analytical solutions
• Drive initiatives to simplify and improve business/technical processes
• Lead teams to design, adapt, combine, and choose data science methodology (statistics, machine learning,
optimization, simulation) to address complex analysis requirements via CRISP-DM process model delivery
• Investigate data characteristics, complexity, quality, and meaning through visualizations and summarizations
• Evaluate and validate effectiveness of models and validate performance to meet business objectives
• Learning and practicing new tools and technologies in an ambitious techno-functional environment

• Perform the role of senior technical analyst (Tech Lead) for a set of complex and challenging applications.
• Responsible for engaging in business discussions to understand and document business requirements for changes, enhancements and projects.
• Responsible to perform impact analysis of required changes, suggest the best solution and also work on development of changes based on technical and functional requirements.
• Responsible for technical and project development and also participate in finalization and prioritization of requirements.
• Leads the delivery of the committed requests/projects by the service partner and/or internal programmers to committed time, specifications and cost.
• Be completely hands-on with programming and able to efficiently code and help developers with their development activities
• Support a designated community of users by gathering requirements, taking and following up user requests, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, suggesting process improvements, and supervising user acceptance testing
• Advise super-users on application usage, finding and proposing workarounds when appropriate;
• Assist in systems design and the continual lifecycle of applications being supported, including continual maintenance of underlying technologies.
• Assist in keeping the documentation for the applications and processes up-to-date.
• Suggesting process improvements; and coordinating user acceptance testing.
• Advise super-users on application usage, finding and proposing workarounds when appropriate
• When needed, act as a Project Leader for small-sized projects
• Coordinate the prioritization process for business IS requests in line with Business and IS strategy for a specific business area (with the BSOG for a designated business area or with specific business managers from that business area)
