As an engineer for the Data Products team, I work on empowering our users to make informed decisions while increasing the value of each review collected. I do that by providing advanced analytics features and using machine learning to help companies with large review volumes to get operational insights from their reviews.

As the Tech Lead for a product team I'm responsible for the overall technical direction and quality of our products. I work closely with our team's Product Manager and UX Designer in the product discovery process validating product ideas and interviewing customers. I'm also the primary technical point of contact for other teams in our department and am involved in coordination and planning.

As an engineer in a growth team, I try to activate users to get the most out of the product and ultimately convert them to paying users.
I am using data to understand how our users behave and support our decisions.

Realisations:
- rework and simplify the signup flow. Increase by 17% the number of users landing in the product
- rework the Information Architecture of the business product to make it easier to discover/find and use features
- add an onboarding checklist and in-product notifications to push users to do the most important actions
- rebuild the home page to display a better overview and include zero states to educate users
- prototype and build the scripts that are now powering all our frontend applications (a sort of Create React App, but more flexible and tailored to our needs)
- democratise and push the use of typescript and semantic release for our internal libraries
- help to maintain our open-source javascript libraries
