The Nisse village council stand up for the general interests of the village and residents. As vice chairman I replace the chairman in his absence, and I lead and guide the village council on issues.

I help Teams to overcome technical, cultural, team and even personal problems that are in the way of reaching the sprint goals. Together with Head of IT a made a broad vision, strategy, and roadmap for the next 5 years.

In Rotterdam I introduced the Agile mindset and Scrum framework into the teams and helped them on a day-to-day basis together with Scrum Masters to improve sprints / sprint goals with a keen eye on output metrics, throughput, and predictability.

Working with 40 developers in the Netherlands and over 75 developers in India.
