I am responsible for the final outcome of the projects and mobile app development. I achieve this by assessing technical risk, preparing mitigation plans and establish standards and procedures to track and measure progression of various projects.
I also evaluate development teams, identify their strengths, problem areas, and develop plans for improving performance. I am tasked to scout for and evaluating new technology and tools as opportunities for innovation and development excellence.
