esque launch from nothing to a full product in three months.

Launched Pulse:

- Interviewed customers on what their pain points were. One we later
presented a prototype to a customer in Salt Lake City, and ended up
productizing that feedback into Eventbrite Pulse
Scaled globally for all music customers in less than six months

- Converted Villena office to TDD.
- Provided extensive mentoring in San Francisco and Villena.
