Working in a team with designers and programmers to build a complex system that incorporated content management system, management support system, customer relationship management and various financial reporting. The system gives ability to control every step of the goods production and wholesale distribution. Due to a range of requirements this involved using many 3rd party APIs, libraries and applications like WKHTMLTOPDF, Payment Gateways API, Google Maps geolocating, etc.
Duties:
[*] Build and maintain a custom written PHP framework
[*] Complex database design (120+ tables), MySQL
[*] Basic *nix server administration
[*] SVN versioning and revision control system
[*] Maintain high level of security due to the sensitive nature of the stored data
[*] Interface functionality using AJAX techniques and jQuery
