* Adopted automatic semver releases for IaC (terraform, helm-chart, gitlab-ci templates) based on semver and conventional commits.
* Approved infrastructure naming. Which brought clarity. And increased the speed of response to incidents.
* Migrated services from the bare metal to the SberCloud.
* Wrote an infinite number of code reviews for golang, gitlab-ci, and terraform.
* Invented the infrastructure "store" concept. This made it possible to build the process of implementing and updating the infrastructure between different projects.

* Introduced DevOps practices to development teams. Thereby improving the TTM metric for all projects.
* Wrote a Kubernetes operator who makes sure that branches and environments do not multiply. This allows you to save resources in the cloud, and therefore save company's money every month.
* Invented the helmwave product. And it was able to convey the value to colleagues, thereby introducing open-source solutions to the team.
* Working on the idea of helmwave, I got invaluable experience of the internal structure of helm and kubectl.
* Involved in recruiting people. Agreed on the format and came up with questions for the candidates. Thus, It increased the speed of accurate hiring decisions. Candidates said that it was the best interview ever and that is why they would like to work with us.
* Maintenance of the internal system.
* Deployed prod, stage, dev and release environments from scratch using Terraform, Kubernetes, GitLab-ci. This allowed developers to no longer compete for environments. Clarity and transparency of processes appeared.

* I brought the rehau.pro key client into production and deployed a Kubernetes cluster on VMware from scratch, developed CI / CD, and worked out technical solutions with the client's outsourced developers.

* I came up with a naming system for projects within the team. Thus developed the rules for working with repositories. Thereby reducing the chaos in the department, which improved the quality of the services we provide.
* I participated in the creation of a stand for the conference. The stand was a complete pipeline with the ability to deploy applications on the AWS / Alibaba / Selectel clouds in online mode with zero downtime by the push of a button.
* I created an SSH session tracking service. This added transparency to the processes and it became possible to conduct audits and investigations of incidents with a human factor.
* I developed an app for onboarding decision-making. This reduced the decision-making time for issuing a service agreement.
* developed a web app for billing services for subprojects. Thus, I reduced the time to providing support for customers.
